ORA-00305: log 2 of thread 1 inconsistent; [message #323902]

SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00305: log 2 of thread 1 inconsistent; belongs to another database
ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1:
'/newdata/app/oracle/oradata/EASTLEG/redo02.log'

EASTLEG is my primary databae and ESTLG_LS is my logical standby dataabse.

when i going to open my primary database it gives me above error.

and my logical standby database also open but not get redo.

can you please tell me how can i remove inconsistency for redo log in both database

if i have archive log only current log archive not.
and no backup
using controlfile how can i apply last all archive on database and open it.

recover database using controlfile until time '';

can you tell me how can i find time and what clause i used for that.
