hi,

suppose my spfile is missing.none other paramerter file is available in database ,then how to recover spfile??

Create a init.ora from alert.log and then create a spfile from this init.ora

When the database is started, the non-default parameters & their values are written to the alert_SID.log file.
So you should be able to obtain everything you desire from the Alert Log File!

"restore spfile from autobackup;"
"restore spfile from 'flash_recovery_area';"
"restore spfile from 'backupfile_path';"

I amaze that with 175 posts you don't know:
* you have to ALWAYS post your version, and with 4 decimals
* how to search:
question: how to restore spfile with rman
answer: restore spfile
Just opening backup and recovery book will give you the answer.

How do you qualify your skills?
