I am upgrating my DB from 9i R2 to 10g R2 . I have started my 9i DB in 10g home with 'startup upgrade'. Now i need to run one sql file which should be present in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory u0902000.sql but i am not finding this sql file in said directory.

Could u pls help where should i get this file? Should i copy seperately , in that case where should i get this file?

Thanks in Advance.

You should run catupgrd.sql.

Check Upgrading to the New Oracle Database 10g Release.
