Hi

I want to create a dynamic list of all our QA and developer databases.
So is there a way to get a list of all the instances running on a server (Windows) from the API?
Is it possible to get a list of all Oracle servers in a network from the API? ( just like M$ SQL server)

Search all started Oracle services and try to connect to them.
